Valet Service is an add-on service that provides the convenience of pick-up and return for a minimal promo fee of $68.99 (regular $99) plus tax. This service is currently on trial and available to most Simply Computing customers.


Terms of Service

  1. Our Valet Service operating hours are from 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday excluding public or statutory holidays.
  2. During these hours, your request will be processed that same day. Otherwise, it will be processed the next business day. The soonest available pickup schedule will be the afternoon of the next business day from when you have requested the service as confirmed by our representative.
  3. Proper packaging/shipping box will be provided by you. Package the computer properly as there is no insurance on the shipment and Simply Computing is not responsible for any damage to the product during transit. In the event you don’t have the appropriate packaging/shipping box, you will have the option to buy one from us ($10 for MacBook, $25 for iMac, plus applicable taxes).
  4. We will require your authorization to use your credit card for payments of this service, actual repair, and other incidental fees that may incur while utilizing this service.
  5. A $30 service fee will be collected in the event of a cancellation or no-show after every pick-up or return delivery attempt. This service fee will be waived for any cancellation request submitted at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up or return delivery schedule.
  6. Valet Service fee collected does not include diagnostic fee ($49) and or repair cost where applicable. Please review our repair services Terms and Conditions for more details.
